In this episode of Snake City, the team of Simon and Nadine find themselves in a unique situation when they receive a call from a kindergarten in Durban. The teachers and children have found a snake in their classroom and are panicked. The duo quickly arrives on the scene to assess the situation and provide their professional services.

Upon arrival, they discover that the snake in question is a spotted bush snake, a non-venomous and harmless species. While the snake is not a threat to the children, it is understandably causing distress among the teachers and students who are not accustomed to encountering snakes in their classroom. After carefully capturing the snake, Nadine takes the opportunity to educate the children on the importance of snakes in nature and how to safely and respectfully interact with them.

Soon after, Simon receives another call, this time from a hardware store where a dangerous black mamba has been spotted. The snake has taken refuge in the rafters of the store, making it difficult to capture. Simon enlists the help of a local snake catcher, and together they devise a plan to extract the mamba safely.

Once the mamba is secured, Simon takes the opportunity to educate the store employees on the dangers of venomous snakes and how to prevent encounters in the future. He recommends measures such as keeping doors and windows closed and regularly checking for signs of snake activity.

Later, the team receives another call from a residential area where a large brown house snake has made its way into a family's garage. The snake has taken refuge in a box of gardening tools, making it difficult to capture. Simon and Nadine work together to safely remove the snake from the box and release it back into the wild.
