In Space Battleship TIRAMISU season 1 episode 1, titled FLY IN SPACE/NAKED DANCE, we are introduced to Subaru Ichinose, a skilled pilot and member of the Space Navy who has just been assigned to the new battleship Tiramisu. The ship is one of the newest and most advanced in the Navy and Ichinose is excited to be a part of the crew.
Ichinose is a bit of a lone wolf and doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the crew, who are all enthusiastic about serving on the Tiramisu. He is focused solely on piloting and can often be found tinkering with his Gundam model rather than socializing.
However, Ichinose's skills as a pilot are put to the test when the Tiramisu is suddenly attacked by an enemy spacecraft. The ship's defenses are not enough to fend off the attack and Ichinose is forced to take matters into his own hands. He hops into his personal Gundam, the TIRAMISU II, and heads out to engage the enemy spacecraft in a thrilling dogfight.
Meanwhile, back on the Tiramisu, the rest of the crew is left scrambling to figure out how to stop the enemy and save their ship. They look to their captain for guidance, but he seems more concerned with ensuring that the ship's coffee maker is functioning properly than with their imminent demise.
As Ichinose battles the enemy spacecraft, he suddenly finds himself face-to-face with the ship's pilot, who is revealed to be a beautiful and mysterious woman. The two engage in a tense standoff, but just as things are about to get serious, Ichinose's Gundam is suddenly stripped of its armor, leaving him exposed and vulnerable.
Embarrassed and exposed, Ichinose finds himself face-to-face with the rest of the crew, who are all watching him via a live video feed. He quickly dons a spacesuit to cover himself up and heads back to the Tiramisu, where he is met with a chorus of laughter and mockery.
The rest of the episode follows Ichinose as he tries to redeem himself after the embarrassing "naked dance." He works to prove his worth as a pilot and as a member of the crew, while also trying to unravel the mystery of the enemy spacecraft and its pilot.
Overall, FLY IN SPACE/NAKED DANCE is a thrilling and hilarious start to the Space Battleship TIRAMISU series. The episode sets up a complex and engaging story while also delivering plenty of laughs and excitement along the way. Fans of space operas and comedy alike are sure to love it!
