Things are not going well for Logan. Caroline has returned his engagement ring, finally ending their relationship for good. When Logan is caught in his tower with a girl he met on the beach earlier that day, Mitch threatens him with suspension. If that isn't bad enough, Logan finds a baby in his tower, along with one of the many rings he has given women with whom he's previously been involved. Could this baby be his son? Though Logan makes up a story that the baby was left for him to watch by a woman on the beach, he is convinced the baby is his. When Caroline finds out, she is crushed by the reality of Logan's betrayal of their relationship but starts to warm up to him again when she sees what a caring a father he is.
