Ep 4. Mutagen Man Unleashed

In the episode "Mutagen Man Unleashed," the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are dealing with the consequences of their actions. In the previous episode, they accidentally turned a human being into Mutagen Man, a terrifying creature with the power to mutate anything he touches.

The Turtles soon discover that Mutagen Man is unstable, and his powers are growing beyond his control. As they try to find a cure for him, they must also deal with his destructive behavior and the potential threat he poses to the people of New York City.

Meanwhile, the Turtles also have to contend with the increased activity of their enemies, the Foot Clan. Their leader, Shredder, has a new weapon called the Kuro Kabuto, which gives him even more power and makes him a formidable opponent.

As the Turtles attempt to juggle all these challenges, they also face internal conflicts. Raphael and Leonardo clash over leadership, while Donatello grapples with his feelings for April O'Neil.

As with previous episodes, "Mutagen Man Unleashed" features plenty of action, humor, and character development. The episode also introduces new villains and sets the stage for future conflicts that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
