The Berenstain Bears Go to the Doctor / Don't Pollute is the fourth episode of the first season of The Berenstain Bears television show. The episode is a combination of two different stories.

She picks it up and throws it away, but then she starts noticing all the litter around Bear Country. She decides to take action and picks up as much litter as she can.

Sister's efforts inspire Brother and they start a campaign around town to encourage everyone to keep Bear Country clean. They make posters, give speeches, and even organize a litter clean-up day. They learn about the negative effects of pollution on the environment and how everyone can make a difference by doing their part.
