Ep 1. Pilot

Sutton is Scarlet Magazine's assistant and has dreams of becoming a fashion stylist. However, she's stuck in an administrative job and is constantly underestimated by her superiors. Sutton desperately wants to prove herself and finally gets a chance when she accompanies one of the magazine's top stylists to a photoshoot. While there, she brilliantly improvises and saves the day, impressing the stylist and earning a chance to finally pursue her dream.

Throughout the episode, we see the three friends support each other through their professional and personal struggles. They're each at different points in their lives and careers, but they share a common bond and act as each other's cheerleaders, no matter what.

As the episode comes to a close, we see the three friends sitting on the rooftop, taking in the stunning view of Manhattan. They talk about their careers and their aspirations, and it's clear that they're determined to help each other achieve their goals. They end the night by making a pact to be bold and brave, and to take risks in both their personal and professional lives.
