Ep 1. "The Big Ride"

Billy Butcher and the team are back for the highly anticipated second season of The Boys. In the first episode, "The Big Ride," we pick up right where we left off. The group is on the run from the law, with Hughie, Mother's Milk, Frenchie, and Kimiko in tow. Meanwhile, Homelander and Vought International are still trying to control the narrative and maintain their grip on power.

The episode begins with a bang, as we are thrown into a high-speed chase through the streets of Washington D.C. The Boys are driving a stolen van, being pursued by the police and a team of Supes led by Stormfront. It's a tense, action-packed sequence that sets the tone for the rest of the episode.

As the team tries to lay low and figure out their next moves, tensions begin to rise. Butcher is more determined than ever to take down Homelander and Vought, but the rest of the group has doubts. They've been through a lot and they're tired of running and fighting.

Meanwhile, we get to see more of Stormfront, the newest member of The Seven. She's got a chip on her shoulder and a rebellious streak, and she's not afraid to speak her mind. We also catch up with Starlight, who is now working undercover at Vought in an attempt to gather information and take down the corrupt organization from the inside.

As always, there are plenty of twists and turns in "The Big Ride." We learn more about the history of Vought, including some shocking revelations about Homelander's upbringing. And of course, there's plenty of violence and gore to go around.

Overall, "The Big Ride" is a strong start to the second season of The Boys. The show continues to balance its dark humor with its gritty realism, and it's satisfying to see the characters evolve and grow. Fans of the first season will definitely not be disappointed.
