Watch The Hedgecombers

In this final episode of The Hedgecombers, Jane reflects on our adventure in the Cornish countryside and the ways in which she believes food can be the way we find our way back to each other in an other sometimes isolated world. With hot weather forecasted, Jane prepares her house for a party- but not before squeezing in a visit to Porthallow Farm.

If you thought The Hedgecombers couldn't get any more classically Cornish, wait for episode five... Starting the day with a raw tattie fry, visiting Sarah's Pastries and taking a short fishing trip Jane really shows us all the gems the countryside has to offer! Jane's mussels and Piri Piri mackerel are a perfect way to end another perfect day.

Jane has been camping in the relaxing Cornwall in Myrtle (her trusty campervan), and we catch up with what she has been up to in this fourth episode of The Hedgecombers. From sweet potato toast, to Moonshine and the home of Cornish Blue this episode is not to miss, ending with a cheeky cheesy pasta dish that is made from the best sustainable and classic Cornish ingredients!

After showing us how the best poached eggs are made, Jane has a busy day visiting Woodland Valley Farm, giving us valuable lessons on making the perfect flapjacks, rescuing some hens from slaughter and finally serving us a delicious, crispy pork belly. All in a days work for for Hedgecomber Jane!
