The Idhun Chronicles Season 1 Episode 4 Rescue Plans

In The Idhun Chronicles season 1 episode 4, titled "Rescue Plans," Jack, Victoria, and Kirtash try to put together a plan to rescue Alsan and Shail from the Grey Army's captivity. Victoria suggests that they find someone who knows more about the Grey Army's stronghold to gather intel and help them formulate a plan. Jack volunteers himself to go on a reconnaissance mission to infiltrate the Grey Army's fortress, while Kirtash offers to remain behind and assist Victoria with their research.

Meanwhile, Alsan and Shail are held in separate cells deep within the Grey Army's fortress. Alsan spends his days trying to break free from his cell using his magical powers, while Shail is being tortured to extract information from her. But when Shail's life is put in danger, Alsan's powers are suddenly activated, and he manages to escape his cell to rescue her. The two set out to explore the fortress while trying to avoid the Grey Army's guards.

Back at Victoria's hideout, Kirtash reveals that he has been in contact with another lizard-like creature who can provide them with information about the Grey Army's stronghold. The creature tells them that the Grey Army's fortress is heavily guarded and that any attempt to rescue Alsan and Shail would be extremely difficult. However, Kirtash manages to convince the creature to help them by promising to return a favor in the future.

Jack successfully infiltrates the Grey Army's fortress by disguising himself as a soldier, but he soon finds out that Alsan and Shail have already escaped their cells. He then runs into Alsan and Shail while trying to navigate his way out of the fortress. The three of them come up with a new plan to rescue Alsan's bird form, who is being held in another part of the fortress.

As they make their way to the bird's holding chamber, they encounter several guards and have to use their powers to fend them off. They finally locate Alsan's bird form, but before they can escape, they run into Kirtash, who has also come to help them. Kirtash is initially hostile towards Alsan and Shail, but he soon realizes that they share a common goal in defeating Ashran, the Necromancer.

The group manages to escape the Grey Army's fortress and return to Victoria's hideout. Alsan is reunited with his bird form, and they discuss their next move in the battle against Ashran. However, their victory is short-lived as they soon discover that one of their own has been secretly working with Ashran all along. The episode ends with the group trying to come up with a plan to deal with the traitor in their midst.
