Ep 7. The Dark Doctor Deal

The LXD, or Legion of Extraordinary Dancers, is a web series that follows a group of people with extraordinary dance abilities as they use their skills to fight evil. In season 1 episode 7, titled The Dark Doctor Deal, the LXD faces off against a new threat.

The episode opens with a flashback to the 1920s, where we see a young doctor who has made a deal with some sort of dark force. The doctor is given the ability to bring people back from the dead, but at a terrible cost. We then cut to the present day, where the LXD is investigating a series of murders that seem to have been committed by someone with supernatural abilities.

The LXD members split up to gather information, with one group going to investigate the scene of the latest murder and another going to a nearby hospital to speak with the coroner. It is at the hospital that they encounter the same doctor we saw in the flashback, now much older and clearly having made some sort of dark deal.

The doctor tells the LXD that he has found a way to bring back the dead without the terrible cost he had to pay all those years ago, and he offers to share his secret with them in exchange for their help with a problem he is facing. He tells them that a group of supernatural beings known as the Revenants are after him because he has something they want.

The LXD decides to help the doctor, hoping that he will lead them to the Revenants and ultimately to whoever is behind the recent murders. They agree to meet with the Revenants, but things quickly go south when the Revenants reveal that they are actually after one of the LXD members, and they are not interested in making a deal.

A battle ensues, with the LXD putting their dance skills on full display as they fight against the Revenants. Just when it seems like they are going to be overwhelmed, the doctor steps in and reveals that he has been working on a dance that can weaken the Revenants and make them vulnerable to attack.

The LXD and the doctor perform the dance together, and it proves to be effective in defeating the Revenants. However, the victory is short-lived as the doctor makes a horrifying discovery about the true identity of the person behind the recent murders.

The episode ends on a cliffhanger, leaving the audience eager to see what happens next. The Dark Doctor Deal is a thrilling and action-packed episode of The LXD that showcases the amazing dance skills of the cast and raises the stakes for the ongoing story of the series.
