Ep 4. Hotel Inspector

Zack and Cody are in for a rude awakening when the hotel inspector arrives to assess their mother's establishment in Episode 4 of Season 1 of "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody".

The twins are convinced their mother is in serious trouble as the inspector is well-known for shutting down hotels that don't meet regulation standards. They scramble to keep the hotel's guests happy and the premises clean, but things quickly spiral out of control.

The inspector arrives incognito, and the boys mistake him for an eccentric guest. They offer him special treatment and pamper him with free smoothies, spa treatments and other amenities. Meanwhile, they try to keep any potential problems at bay, but it proves to be easier said than done.

While Cody tries to keep a close eye on the pool's pH levels, Zack tries his hand at "creating ambiance" by bringing in an entertainer who ends up damaging some of the hotel's property. The inspector grows increasingly suspicious, but the boys refuse to believe that things are going downhill.

Maddie, the hotel's front desk clerk, also gets roped into the chaos as she helps the twins keep up appearances. She's frustrated by Zack and Cody's lack of professionalism but sticks around to help nonetheless.

As the day draws to a close, the inspector announces that he has found multiple infractions and will be shutting the hotel down. Heartbroken, the boys and their mother plead with the inspector, but he remains unmoved. It looks like all is lost until Maddie comes up with a plan that just might save the day.
