They prepare a classic Key West favorite: conch fritters. Tom then explores the town's famous Duval Street, visiting a traditional lunch counter that serves up Cuban sandwiches and a local favorite, the "frita" burger.

Finally, it's time for Tom to put together the feast of the title. He starts by preparing his lobster dish, which is seasoned with cilantro and lime and served with a fresh tomato salsa. Tom then cooks up the grouper, which he bakes in a salt crust along with some potatoes. The meal is completed with a fresh salad of local greens and a dressing made with honey and mustard.

The episode ends with Tom sitting down to enjoy the feast he's prepared, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Florida Keys. As he savors the flavors of the meal, he reflects on the incredible variety of foods he's discovered and the wonderful hospitality of the people he's met during his trip.
