Tombstone Territory Season 3 Episode 9 The Price On Clay's Head

In self defense, Sheriff Hollister gunned down the son of the richest rancher in the territory, who offers a reward for Clay's death. A Marshal of a neighboring town lures the sheriff out of town so he, himself, can kill Clay and claim the reward.
