Ep 4. Start with a Strong Foundation

In season 1 episode 4 of Tough As Nails, titled "Start with a Strong Foundation," the competitors face a series of challenges that test their physical strength and team communication skills.

The episode starts off with host Phil Keoghan explaining to the contestants that they will be divided into two teams, Silver and Gold, and will be tasked with stacking heavy cinder blocks as high as they can. The individual challenge proves to be just as difficult as the team challenge, with some contestants struggling to mix the concrete correctly and others losing precious time because of faulty equipment. As the clock ticks down, the competition heats up and the contestants fight tooth and nail for immunity.

Ultimately, one contestant emerges victorious and secures their spot in the competition for another week. But for the rest, it's time to face the Nail Board and find out who will be going home.

As always, the elimination ceremony is emotional and intense, with contestants reflecting on their experiences in the competition thus far and vowing to continue pushing themselves to be tougher as nails.
