A tourist joyride comes to an abrupt halt when TJ spots a beer bottle hanging from the passenger-side door, a drunk and belligerent foreigner gets caught with his pants down, and a tourist under the legal drinking age finds himself in even more hot water when he makes a break for it on the crowded Strip.
