Web Therapy Season 1 Episode 6 We've Got a Secret

Meanwhile, Fiona's own personal life is also starting to unravel. Kip, one of her employees, is threatening to leave the company and start his own web therapy business. Fiona tries to convince him to stay, but he's frustrated with her lack of commitment and accuses her of being a "part-time therapist." Fiona realizes that she needs to take a step back and reevaluate her priorities if she wants to keep her business running smoothly.

As the therapy session continues, more secrets are revealed and Fiona finds herself in the middle of a tense and emotional situation. Can she help this couple work through their issues and find a way forward? Will she be able to save her own business and her relationships with her employees?
