Despite all the drama, Ling Yi Zhou and Xia Lin continue to grow closer and she eventually agrees to make their marriage real. They have a beautiful, intimate wedding ceremony in Xia Lin's hospital room, surrounded by the people they love. Although Xia Lin's health remains a concern, Ling Yi Zhou promises to support her no matter what and they share a heartfelt kiss as husband and wife.
