#1 Contender Triple Threat Match: Triple H vs. Kurt Angle vs. Chris Jericho - RAW, August 7, 2000

In this episode, WWE presents one of the most electrifying matches to have taken place at Madison Square Garden. Three of the biggest WWE superstars of all time - Triple H, Kurt Angle, and Chris Jericho - went head-to-head in a triple-threat match that had the stakes higher than ever before. This was not just a regular match - the winner would get a chance to face the WWE Champion in the ring.

The crowd at Madison Square Garden was already charged up with excitement as the three competitors made their way to the ring. Triple H, with his trademark sledgehammer, looked determined to come out on top. Angle, who was known for his Olympic feats, was ready to put his wrestling skills to good use. And Jericho, with his quick flying moves, was ready to show everyone why he was one of the best in the business.

The match started with some cat and mouse game between the three wrestlers. Each one of them tried to outsmart the other. Jericho was the first one to take control of the situation, unleashing a series of flying attacks on his opponents. However, Triple H was quick to turn the tables, delivering a backbreaker and then a huge spinebuster to Jericho.

Angle, who had been watching the action closely, saw an opportunity to take his opponents by surprise. He quickly slipped in a rear naked choke on Triple H, causing him to gasp for breath. Jericho came to his aid, taking out Angle with a DDT before turning his attention back to Triple H.

The three WWE legends continued to fight it out in the ring, with each one of them coming close to winning the match multiple times. Jericho hit his signature move Walls of Jericho on both Triple H and Angle, but both were able to escape from it. Triple H hit a Pedigree on Jericho, but just when it seemed like he would emerge as the winner, Angle returned to the ring and delivered a German suplex on Triple H.

The match continued at a frenzied pace, with the three wrestlers refusing to give up. Finally, after a long gruelling battle, one of them emerged as the winner. But, who was it?
