Ep 8. Oh, Mandy

"Oh, Mandy" is the eighth episode of the second season of the American television series Entourage. The episode originally aired on August 7, 2005, on HBO.

In this episode, Vince and the gang attend a Malibu beach party hosted by Mandy Moore, an old flame of Vince's. Vince and Mandy reconnect and end up spending the night together, causing Vince to worry about how his ex-girlfriend, Justine Chapin, will react if she finds out. Meanwhile, Eric continues to struggle with his feelings for Sloan, who is back with her ex-boyfriend, and Turtle tries to hook up with a model at the party.

As Vince navigates his complicated romantic situation, he also tries to secure a role in a new movie being produced by legendary director Martin Scorsese. Vince, Eric, and Ari meet with Scorsese to discuss the project, but they quickly discover that Vince is not the only actor vying for the lead role. The meeting takes a tense turn when Vince realizes Scorsese is not completely sold on him for the part.

In addition to the drama surrounding Vince and his career, the episode also features some comedic moments. Turtle's attempts to impress the model he has his eye on are both amusing and cringe-worthy, especially when he tries to show off his fake Rolex. Meanwhile, Drama finds himself in a bizarre situation when he agrees to help a friend with his legally dubious business venture.

"Oh, Mandy" is an entertaining episode that moves the series' overall plot forward while also highlighting some of the show's signature humor. The episode showcases the series' ability to balance humor with more serious dramatic content, and features strong performances from the entire cast.
