Meanwhile, Hurley enlists Sawyer and Miles to help him transport a large box to the beach. They encounter some difficulties along the way, and Hurley becomes convinced that the box is cursed.
Back in the flashbacks, Jin delivers the package to a Korean man in Los Angeles and is subsequently knocked unconscious. When he wakes up, he is surrounded by blood and body parts, and realizes that he has been set up. He manages to escape, but not before the police arrive and arrest him.
The episode ends with Sun giving birth to a baby girl, whom she names Ji Yeon after her grandmother. Juliet confirms that Jin is still alive, and Sun tearfully watches a video of him recorded on the Island. Hurley, Sawyer, and Miles finally deliver the box to the beach, where it is revealed to contain the body of Locke.
