Ep 13. The Buddy System

Meanwhile, Kaylie Cruz, the team captain, does her best to support her friends and keep the team together. She's a natural leader, and she knows how to motivate and inspire her teammates. She believes in the Buddy System, a technique where the girls pair up and help each other out at training. Kaylie emphasizes the importance of teamwork and communication, hoping it will help the team succeed.

As the National Gymnastics Championship draws near, tensions begin to rise, and friendships are put to the test. Lauren's ambition and drive make her clash with others, and Emily's unstable home life causes her to make some risky decisions.
