Ep 1. Dutch on the Run

Reno's freedom appears possible when he goes after his nemesis Lieutenant Dutch Dixon (recurring guest star STEPHEN J. CANNELL),who is now wanted for the murder of his own partner, Sergeant Woody Bickford. Reno must find an elusive suitcase of evidence that Dixon hid, which contains documents that could clear Reno of the murder of Dixonls first partner, Buzzy Burrell. When Reno apprehends the wily Dixon, he is more than surprised to find Bickford alive, well, and waiting to assist Dixon in an elaborate scheme to eliminate Reno. Reno escapes and attempts to elude the predatory Dixon who would rather shoot him than arrest him.
