This original adaptation of the book chronicles the lives of two efficiency experts and their children. The husband knows that it is faster the button his vest from the bottom to the top, but he may not have time for his children. The children play a key role in showing these parents that there is much more to life than just their jobs. The parents had lots of kids because it would be more efficient, but the kids want much more out of life than efficiency. The antics of the kids alone show how much fun it can be to have a brood.
