The movie is about a man who gets into a car accident and therefore gets a chip implanted in his head to control him. After a while he discovers that the accident was planned and therefore he looks to eliminate the person responsible. He meets up with a couple of people known as Punk Red and Punk Blue. They work together to not only eliminate those responsible for the accident but to destroy the Hope Corporation as well. This movie is most appealing to fans of science and action films.

In the future a man is driving in a car and gets into a car accident. During the accident his wife and unborn child die. He suffers severe brain damage and therefore needs to get a chip implanted into his brain in order to save his life. Once he gets the chip put into his brain he begins to make advertisements in order to get people to buy the Hope Corporations products.

The corporation now runs and controls every aspect of society. Unfortunately for the man, he discovers that the Hope Corporation planned and coordinated the accident. He is now angry and vows to get revenge. He forms an alliance with two people known as Punk Red and Punk Blue. They all agree to infiltrate the corporation and murder the man who was responsible for accident. They succeed in eliminating him and vow to continue working to completely destroy the Hope Corporation and put it out of existence.

The movie was released directly to home video so it wasn’t shown in theaters. However it is still a quality film that many fans of science and action movies will enjoy. Anyone who likes movies about the future will also find this movie appealing. You can watch this movie on DVD so it is now widely available for viewing.
