The body of a prostitute is fond in a park and the police begin to round up a group of suspects in the murder who are known to have been in the park at the time of the murder. Each suspect is interviewed by the police and their story revealed in flashback as they explain what they did in the hours before a thunderstorm struck the park. The police interview a number of suspects who are revealed by the flashback to be telling the truth or lying as the search for the murderer continues.
