The Spider's Stratagem is a drama mystery film that was released in 1970. The film involves a young man who returns to the village that he was born in after living outside of it his who life. His father was killed by the Italian fascists before he was born, and he was raised to believe that his father was a hero. This is confirmed by the local community, and they have even erected a statue of his father in his honor. However, the man soon finds inconsistencies to this legend, and he soon uncovers a secret that will change his view of his father forever.
