Watch Observe and Report

Ronnie Barnhardt is a mall security guard. He takes his job very seriously as mall crime increases. Not only is a flasher on the loose, but a masked robber also disrupts the mall by not only stealing, but also causing damage to the mall's property. Ronnie was brought onto the flasher case. But when he can't be stopped, Detective Harrison is brought in. Harrison feels like he's being dragged down by Ronnie's antics, but Ronnie wants nothing more than to catch the flasher. This is Ronnie's mall, and it turns personal when the culprit flashes Ronnie's crush, Brandi, who works at a makeup counter. After a series of wayward events, including being arrested, Ronnie returns to the mall, no longer as security. He ultimately decides to go undercover to catch the flasher once and for all. Will Ronnie be able to accomplish this mission, after all the humiliations and failed attempts as an official mall cop?
