They plan to get married soon and start a family.

Jayadevan is a shy and introverted person who finds it difficult to communicate with women. However, his elder brother is very experienced in wooing women and advises him on how to impress a girl. One day, Jayadevan meets a girl named Radhamani (Mohini) and falls in love with her. Although he is unable to express his feelings, he manages to win her heart.

However, Radhamani's father, played by Jagathy Sreekumar, is against their love as he wants his daughter to marry a wealthy man.
