Shifty Business encapsulates a-not-so-unique tragedy in Real Estate homeownership. Eviction, after one looses possession of their home, is usually handled by the local Sherif's department. In Shifty Business, a down on her luck, but lovable Real Estate agent struggles with selling her bank-owned listing, while the ghost of the original owner, a former Rock Star, has no intention to ever leave!
