A young doctor, Luke Bell accidentally dies on a secluded mountain road while driving his way home, but he doesn't yet know it. Trying to find help to get home becomes a journey into the unknown where he attempts to make sense of it all. The Breakdown on Highway 7 follows the stories of two lost souls. The first story focuses on a bank robber, who dies when his car runs off a mountain road on Highway 7, but his soul continues to run from the law. The main story follows a young doctor, Luke Bell, who has died on a secluded mountain road while on his way home, and he doesn't know it yet. When a mysterious stranger picks him up, Luke finds that he has entered into the world of the unknown...
