The Cheating Scales of Bullamanka is an animated children's film. Michelle is a young girl who loves adventure. However, Michelle is a devious child that has been known to cheat, and she is very good at it. Michelle continues to cheat on her tests and during games. No one is around to tell Michelle that cheating is a terrible habit. One afternoon, a group of space penguins land on planet Earth. Michelle meets the space penguins, and soon the Penguins tell her that cheating is something that she should never do.
