The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia
- 1 hr 40 min
In 1988, the Wyrick family move into a new home in Georgia. They didn't really stop to think about why the previous owners of the house had mysteriously abandoned their home, they were just happy to be living there. "The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia," is the story of the Wyrick family's experiences in horror in the home they once thought of as safe and happy. The family has not been living in the house long when 4-year old Heidi, the couple's daughter, starts spending time with an imaginary playmate named Mr. Gordy. Mr. Gordy is a kind old man and the couple just brushes it off because many children have an imaginary friend. It's not until later that they become scared. A few months later Heidi is scared by a man who comes to the family's front door. The man is covered in blood and Heidi says his name is Khan. The family searches for the hurt Khan but he is nowhere to be found. The couple decides not to worry about Heidi's overactive imagination, and let the incident go. Things start to get scary for the family however, when Heidi starts talking about seeing "The Dark Figure," a man whose head is covered by a hood. It takes Heidi waking up with claw marks on her face for the family to decide that there is something horribly wrong in their once peaceful home. When Heidi's father ends up with claw marks down his side the family realizes it's time to get help before the ghosts seriously harm them. The movie follows the family through the years, as Heidi grows into adulthood, still being the only one able to see the ghosts that are haunting her home. This movie is a terrifying look at one family's fight to reclaim the house they once called home, from the ghosts that were there long before them.
