Ashley takes a tour of the iconic St. Louis Cemetery No. 1, a final resting place for many of the city's most famous residents, including voodoo queen Marie Laveau. She also visits the Museum of Death, where she learns about the city's darker past and gets a glimpse of some eerie artifacts and exhibits.

The episode concludes with Ashley experiencing one of New Orleans' biggest cultural events, Mardi Gras. She joins locals and tourists alike on Bourbon Street for a night of revelry and fun, complete with colorful costumes, beads, and plenty of libations. Ashley also gets a chance to ride on a Mardi Gras float and throws beads to the crowds below.
