A3! Season 1 Episode 1 To a Future in Full Bloom

The new troupe consists of the charming and confident Itaru Chigasaki, the friendly and talkative Chikage Utsuki, the shy and awkward Guy Kisaragi, and the serious and stoic Tsumugi Tsukioka. Although each member of the troupe possesses their own individual strengths, Takuya realizes that they are all lacking in experience, and are going to need more rigorous training in order to reach their full potential.

With all the actors in place, the group starts their first rehearsal. It is clear that the new and old members of the troupe are struggling to mesh together, as the four original members are wary of newcomers, and the new actors are unsure of their place in the company. As the rehearsal progresses, Takuya and Izumi realize the hard work is just beginning, and the real challenge will be getting the group to work together and put on a successful show.

To a Future in Full Bloom sets up the premise for the A3! series, showcasing the struggles of theater troupe Mankai Company, and how a new group of actors come together to help save the company from ruin.
