Keiichi is still struggling to believe that Belldandy is a goddess, and his disbelief is causing some awkward moments. When Belldandy tries to cook him a meal, Keiichi's lack of faith causes her powers to go haywire, resulting in a charred mess. Despite this setback, Belldandy remains optimistic and decides to try again, this time enlisting the help of her sisters Urd and Skuld. However, things take a turn for the worse when Urd decides to impose her own mischievous plans on the situation. Meanwhile, Keiichi's friend Tamiya is facing his own trouble with a group of bullies, but when he remembers a piece of advice Keiichi gave him, he finds the courage to stand up to them. As the day wears on, Keiichi begins to see that maybe there is something to Belldandy's claim to be a goddess after all.

The episode opens with Keiichi waking up in his dorm room and recalling the events of the previous night. He had wished aloud that he could have a girlfriend like Belldandy, and to his surprise, the goddess appeared before him, claiming to have been sent to grant his wish. Despite his amazement, Keiichi is still struggling to come to terms with Belldandy's existence and what it means for his life. When Belldandy tries to prepare him a meal, Keiichi's skepticism causes her powers to malfunction, resulting in a kitchen disaster.

Undeterred, Belldandy decides to try again with the help of her sisters Urd and Skuld, who arrive on a flying motorbike. Urd, a mischievous and seductive goddess, immediately takes an interest in Keiichi and begins to tease him. Skuld, on the other hand, is a technologically-inclined goddess who is very protective of her older sister. Together, the three goddesses attempt to make a meal for Keiichi, but their different personalities and agendas clash, resulting in chaos.

Meanwhile, Keiichi's friend Tamiya is being bullied by a group of aggressors who refuse to let him pass through a tunnel. Tamiya is tormented by memories of a past bullying incident and feels powerless to stand up to the bullies. However, when Keiichi shows up and reminds him of a piece of advice he once gave him, Tamiya gains the courage to face his fears. With Keiichi's encouragement, Tamiya stands up to the bullies and is able to pass through the tunnel unharmed.

As the day wears on, Keiichi begins to see that there may be more to Belldandy's claim of being a goddess than he had initially thought. He remembers the events of the previous night and realizes that he was not dreaming. Furthermore, he begins to appreciate the efforts that Belldandy and her sisters have made to help him. In the end, Keiichi agrees to let Belldandy stay with him, and the two of them share a tender moment on the roof of the dormitory building.

Overall, "Ah! Those Who Believe Shall Find Salvation!" is an entertaining and engaging episode that explores the developing relationship between Keiichi and Belldandy while also introducing some new characters and themes. The episode is notable for its humor, particularly in the interactions between the three goddesses, and for its touching portrayal of friendship and courage in the subplot involving Tamiya. Fans of the series will no doubt enjoy this episode and will be left eagerly anticipating the next installment.
