However, they are ambushed once again, this time by a group of robotic soldiers sent by the Executioners. The robots are extremely powerful and seem indestructible, but with the combined efforts of the group, they are able to take them down. It is during this fight that they realize just how dangerous their mission really is, and they begin to question whether they have bitten off more than they can chew.

The episode ends with the group successfully boarding the Shinkansen and setting off for Kanto, with Swindler joining them on their journey. As they make their way towards their destination, they are left to ponder the true nature of their mission and the dark forces that they will have to face along the way.
