She shares how the country is still recovering and struggling with the aftermath of the regime and how it has affected the country's economy and infrastructure.

Jeff then heads out to explore Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh, and its markets for medical supplies. He meets with vendors who sell handmade PPE, which is of good quality but not certified by international standards. Dr. Heng shares how his team of Cambodian doctors and nurses are fighting and providing medical care to the Cambodian people and children, especially with helping children with deformities. He shows Jeff some of the procedures and surgical equipment, including a 3D printer used to create prosthetics.
