Ep 6. The Anniversary Party

Jean and Lionel celebrate their wedding anniversary with a party at their home. Among the guests are Harry, Sandy, Judy, and Alistair. During the party, Sandy takes Jean aside and tells her that she thinks she may be pregnant. Jean is thrilled but hesitant to tell Lionel right away. Meanwhile, Harry and Alistair, who are both single, vie for Judy's attention. Alistair seems to be winning until he reveals that he is up for a job in America and may be leaving soon. In an attempt to impress her, Harry offers to take Judy to the theatre but accidentally buys tickets for the wrong night. Later, Sandy confides in Jean that she was mistaken about being pregnant and is actually going through menopause. Jean is disappointed but reassures Sandy that they will get through it together. As the party begins to wind down, Lionel raises a toast to his beloved wife and they share a dance together, reminiscing about their years together.
