Ep 14. Chapter 14: The Fortuneteller

In this episode of Avatar: The Last Airbender, Extras - Book 1: Water, we follow the group as they arrive in a small village nestled in a valley. The village appears peaceful and charming, but they soon discover that the inhabitants are all obsessed with a mysterious fortuneteller named Aunt Wu.
Aunt Wu has predicted every major event in the village's history and the villagers rely on her predictions for everything from farming to marriage. When Katara visits Aunt Wu for her own reading, she learns that she will have a great romance in her future, but Aang becomes jealous when he learns that the fortuneteller predicts nothing for him.
As the group gets more involved in the village's affairs, they soon discover that Aunt Wu's predictions are not always as accurate as they seem. When a concerning prediction about a volcano eruption causes panic in the village, Aang decides he must take matters into his own hands and stop the disaster from happening.
In the end, the episode offers a lesson about the dangers of relying too heavily on fate and predictions, and the importance of taking action and making your own destiny.
