Chichi creates an ocean for an octopus in a bowl of water. Crashy joins him to paint, and they use the water to wash brushes. Pandy and Rosy also need some for a plant and cooking, so Chichi shares. As the water splashes, the ocean turns into a puddle, making the octopus unwell. The narrator reminds them to conserve water to ensure there's enough for everyone.
