Ep 2. Trucker's Dream

Bad Chad Customs season 2 episode 2, titled "Trucker's Dream," starts with a client named Rod, who is a trucker and has a specific request for Chad's team. Rod wants his 2019 Peterbilt truck to stand out from the crowd. He wants something special that will catch everyone's eyes as he cruises down the highway.

Chad takes on this customizing challenge, and the team gets to work. They start by removing the truck bed, customizing the frame, and building new fenders. They cut different metal shapes by hand and make all of the pieces fit together beautifully like a puzzle. The team also adorns the truck with an underglow kit to give it a funky style.

Meanwhile, Chad challenges his team to a competition to make a three-wheeled bike from scratch. The competition sparks competition among everyone, and they get started in the build-off with zeal. They work hard and sweat it out, pushing themselves to the limit to create the ultimate tri-bike.

Back to the Peterbilt truck, and the work on exterior is going smoothly. However, Inside the cab, the team faces a problem. Rod wants an upgraded sleeper cab, but when they take the old one out, they realize that the new one won't fit. Chad and the team need to figure out a way to make it work without disrupting the original build.

As they work through the problem, Kevin, one of the team members, makes an announcement that he's leaving. Chad is disappointed but understands his reasons and accepts Kevin's resignation.

In the next scene, Chad's wife, Jolene, comes to the shop, and they sit down for a chat. Chad discusses his concerns over Kevin's resignation, but Jolene encourages him, reminding him of his passion for the work and that he is more than capable of completing the project on time with the remaining team.

The project on the Peterbilt continues, and Chad and the team work together to figure out a custom solution to the sleeper cab problem. Josh, another team member, comes up with a brilliant idea, and they use some creative metalwork to make it fit.

With the sleeper cab in place, the team focuses on the final stage of the project, the paint job. Rod's request is unique, and Chad takes on the challenge, creating a design that meets Rod's needs and showcases his personality. Chad's creativity shines as he works on a flame design that will pull the whole project together.

The episode ends with the final detailing and the reveal of Rod's 2019 Peterbilt truck. Chad and the team are excited and elated with the finished product, and Rod is thrilled and impressed with the work done on his truck.
