Ash Lynx has managed a narrow escape from the attack that was meant to take his life. Although he has fled from the scene, he is severely injured, and is unable to move without assistance. In this situation, Eiji is the only person he can turn to, and he comes to his aid.

While Ash continues to recover from his injuries, he begins to have flashbacks of his childhood that he had forgotten about.
