After the church service, Mickela and Jovan head over to Sylvia's Restaurant, one of the most famous soul food restaurants in the country. Sylvia's has been serving up classic comfort food since 1962, and Mickela gets a chance to sample some of their signature dishes. She talks to the restaurant's owner and learns about the importance of soul food in African American culture, as well as the role that Sylvia's has played in the Harlem community over the years.

The next stop on Mickela's Harlem tour is the Studio Museum in Harlem, a contemporary art museum that showcases the work of African American artists. Mickela talks to the museum's director and some of the artists featured in the current exhibition, learning about their inspirations and creative processes. She also gets a chance to explore some of the museum's stunning artwork, which showcases the richness and diversity of African American art.

Mickela and Jovan end their day in Harlem by attending a salsa dance class at a local dance studio. Salsa has become a popular dance style in Harlem over the years, and Mickela is excited to learn some new moves. She talks to the dance instructor and other students, learning about the role that dance plays in African American culture and the importance of community and self-expression.

Throughout the episode, Mickela is struck by the warmth and generosity of the people she meets in Harlem. She learns about the neighborhood's history and traditions, as well as the challenges it has faced over the years.
