In season 2 episode 3 of Big City Greens, titled "Elevator Action / Bad Influencer," the Green family finds themselves stuck in an elevator with their annoying neighbor Chip Whistler. With no way out, tensions rise and sibling rivalry ensues as Cricket, Tilly, and Remy all fight for Chip's attention and approval. Meanwhile, Bill tries to distract himself from the cramped space by telling stories from his past, but finds it difficult to hold the attention of his disinterested family.
In the second half of the episode, Tilly becomes obsessed with a new game app and soon becomes a bad influence on those around her. While trying to rack up points, Tilly convinces Cricket to skip school and Remy to steal his dad's credit card to buy in-game items. When Bill finds out about their misdeeds, he enlists the help of the game's creator (voiced by guest star Rob Paulsen) to teach Tilly a lesson about responsible gaming.
As always, the episode is filled with Big City Greens' signature mix of humor, heart, and wackiness. Fans will love the exploration of the Green siblings' dynamic and the clever commentary on the dangers of in-app purchases. And for those who haven't discovered the joys of the show yet, "Elevator Action / Bad Influencer" is a perfect introduction to the world of Big City Greens.
