Birdgirl Season 1 Episode 1 Pilot

Unhappy with her father's response, Birdgirl sets out to prove him wrong by donning her avian-inspired costume and taking to the streets to fight crime.

Birdgirl's first adventure takes her to the top of the Sebben and Sebben building, where she plans to stop a villain known as Mackingbird, a criminal who is trying to steal company secrets. Birdgirl quickly realizes that the plan is not quite as straightforward as she first believed, with unexpected obstacles and adversaries popping up at every turn.

Through her adventurous escapades, viewers get a glimpse into Birdgirl's motivations and the drive that fuels her as she shares her innermost thoughts through voiceovers.

The episode has plenty of humor as well, with Birdgirl's mother, whom she calls "Mother," popping up to offer some sage (yet sometimes confusing) advice as she battles her way through various obstacles. Fans of the Harvey Birdman series will also appreciate a few Easter eggs that pay homage to the original show.
