Eric Andre hosts this spoof of a public access TV talk show with his sidekick Hannibal Burress. The opening credits, where Eric Andre violently destroys his own set, gives the viewer a taste of what to expect -- absurdity. Off-screen stage hands put the obliterated set back together just in time for the start of the show. An exhausted Eric Andre slumps into his seat behind his desk to host. If that's not weird enough, Andre and Burress interview celebrity guests who are often caught off-guard by ridiculous questions and antics. Some celebrities storm off while others fight back with their own antics. The screen tends to freeze mid-interview with "We'll Be Right Back" written across. The show features intermittent skits on the streets of Los Angeles often involving unsuspecting strangers. Then, when you least expect it, the skit ends and the screen freezes. The show then warps back into the studio. The Eric Andre Show's over-the-top comedy keeps no continuity. The characters, no matter how injured in the segment before, are restored to full health at the beginning of each segment.
