Blaze and the Monster Machines is an animated children's television show following a crew of monster trucks as they navigate adventures while working together to use math, physics, and engineering to solve problems. In season 7 episode 6, entitled T. Rex Trouble, the gang finds themselves in a prehistoric adventure as they help a baby T. Rex find his way back to his family.

The episode begins with Blaze and his friends, AJ and Gabby, discovering a baby T. Rex named Tooks who has become separated from his family. The trio takes it upon themselves to help reunite Tooks with his kin, and they launch into a time-traveling mission to the prehistoric era. Along the way, the crew meets new creatures, including a group of sauropods and a pack of velociraptors, all while racing against the clock to locate Tooks' family before it's too late.

As they make their way through the prehistoric landscape, Blaze and his pals face numerous obstacles. They must figure out how to problem solve from their limited knowledge of an era that they are not used to visiting. Through the use of engineering skills and teamwork, they are able to overcome each challenge they face one by one. Additionally, the episode provides a chance to teach young viewers about what life might have been like for the creatures that lived in the prehistoric world, resulting in an educational aspect to the show.

One of the most exciting challenges the group faces happens when they encounter a group of territorial Triceratops who are blocking their path. The gang must get creative to find a peaceful solution and get past the stubborn creatures. They utilize physics and scientific techniques, such as measuring and estimating distances, to evaluate their options and come up with a solution that gets them past the dinosaurs without causing any harm.

Another obstacle that Blaze and his friends face comes when they need to cross a deep river, but they don't have a bridge. The group utilizes their engineering skills, coupled with their knowledge of the environment and physics, to create a bridge out of the tools they have on hand. They work together to determine the weight capacity of each material and the distance they need to span to create a sturdy and safe bridge.

Throughout the episode, Blaze, AJ, and Gabby rely heavily on their problem-solving and engineering skills to get through each challenge that arises. Through their teamwork and ingenuity, they are able to overcome numerous obstacles including working through the prehistoric terrain, navigating through a heard of hungry Pachycephalosauruses, and avoiding the dangerous jaws of a pack of velociraptors. Despite the dangers and setbacks, Blaze and his friends stay determined and focused on getting Tooks back to his family.

In the end, the group is able to find Tooks' family and reunite the young dinosaur with his kin. They also learn important lessons about problem-solving, teamwork, and determination along the way. The show offers an educational and action-packed adventure for kids that promotes STEM skills, mechanics, and creativity.

Overall, T. Rex Trouble is an exciting, action-packed episode of Blaze and the Monster Machines that not only entertains but also educates its young audience about the importance of engineering, problem-solving, and teamwork. Young viewers will be inspired to take an interest in STEM subjects while having a great deal of fun joining Blaze and his friends on this prehistoric journey.
