Ep 19. Brotherly Love

Alan and Denny join a fraternal organization, but Denny wants to sue them when he is not named "Man of the Year." Meanwhile, Claire helps a teenage girl who wants to withdraw from her mother's lawsuit against a tobacco company for causing her father's death from lung cancer. Claire discovers the girl's mother may have been partly responsible for her husband's smoking, which leads to a heated courtroom confrontation. Brad is asked to represent a student who faces expulsion for cheating on an exam. Though Brad doesn't take the student's case seriously, he is caught off guard when the case takes a surprising turn.
