Seung-jae recognizes Ja-rim's talent and encourages her to pursue her dreams.

The episode takes an unexpected turn when a violent accident occurs at the bakery, leaving Seung-jae severely injured. As a result, the chairman decides to shut down Samkwang Bakery, leaving everyone devastated. This heartbreaking event propels each character into their own personal challenges and motivates Tak-gu to embark on a journey to find his father and prove his worth.

Against all odds, Tak-gu manages to find Pal Bong-jin, who is now running a small, struggling bakery. Seeking his father's recognition, Tak-gu impresses him with his natural talent and determination. However, their reunion is far from heartwarming, as Pal Bong-jin initially rejects Tak-gu, still haunted by his own regrets and the past.

Back in Geumsan, Gu Ja-rim, now unemployed due to the bakery closure, musters her courage and enters a national baking competition in hopes of shining a light on her abilities. Meanwhile, Joon-gyu, who unexpectedly encounters Tak-gu while on a business trip, becomes even more determined to protect his place within the family.
