It's time to bake the first loaf. We will be baking the boule (round loaf) first. I will be showing you how I get steam in the home oven by using a simple device.

In the morning we will be final proofing, scoring the dough and decorating with stencils. This is a fun video.

After the folding is done, I will show you how to pre shape and final shape a boule and a batard and then we will retard the dough overnight.
